• 7.2.01 This is my first webblog, I don't have much to say.

  My life is going to be pretty soothing soon. Living on the beach, walks in the fresh air, the sun, the sea...after 3 weeks, running 60+ hours each with no breaks, no lunch, no light of day...I have a few days off before plunging headlong into another round of projects.

  Brief moments of ludicrousness still interrupt my fatigued solitude, like yesterday, I was walking to the beach thinking about the seagulls circling above, when this peaceful and pleasantly boring moment was displaced with the sickly comical.

  Three *dudes* who were so self involved that they had no clue as to how completly ridiculous they were rolled into my view...

  Riding those little-old-lady skooter thingys attempting to be "bad" with a real attitude on! hehe.

  How "bad" can you look operating one of these shopping mall cruisers with that "I just joined the hells angels" look in your eye?

  The first one- the leader of these post-pubescent geriatric road warriors had a straw hat on, with a radio blaring some kind of top 40's hip hop crap that dominates the Philadelphia airwaves lately, he stared me down over his oakleys and I trembled with amusement, the second two dudes were sharing the second skooter (which was obviously built for one), as they crept slowly from view leaving a wake of  amused people behind them

  I was once that silly and enjoyed the shocked looks of the 'normal' people who's only amusement in life was to watch me pass... how sad.
