btw, i've been meaning to ask what you do to work your biceps. everytime i work it, i'm out of the gym for 3-4 days because of how painfully sore it becomes. i'm guessing it's overtraining. penny for your thoughts, sir?

also, you're supposed to wait 1-2 hours after a workout since tearing up your muscles takes a toll on your immune system. you're most likely to just get a 24-hour fever because of your body's sudden temperature changes.
